Paradigm Industrial purchased Vulcan Tool Company

Paradigm Industrial, LLC, a custom engineering and manufacturing company, recently purchased Vulcan Tool Company, located in Dayton, Ohio.  The company will continue to operate, but will now be backed by Paradigm Industrial’s full-service engineering, machining, fabrication, and maintenance services.

Vulcan Tool Company was founded in 1916 and has a rich history of building custom machines for large scale manufacturing companies.  Their most popular products include the patented Shimmy™ Die and Tube Cutting machines. The Shimmy™ Die provides superior speed and accuracy for trimming stamped parts. Vulcan’s Brehm®, Ultimate and Ringmaster tube cutters are known for high-speed cuts that are burr-free and are used in many industries internationally. Vulcan Tool also markets the Vulcanaire spindle attachment to provide high-speed options for existing mills and lathes.

“Re-establishing our commitment to Vulcan Tool customers across the USA and around the world is a top priority moving forward,” said Ashley Webb, Owner, Paradigm Industrial.  “Vulcan has helped many manufacturers increase productivity and profit in the past. Now, with the support of Paradigm Industrial, Vulcan is leaner and more capable than ever before.  We are already enhancing infrastructure, investing in state-of-the-art equipment, and growing our staff to better serve our customers. We see tremendous growth opportunities for the new, more competitive Vulcan Tool Company,” added Webb.
